WAREPA ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE.
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situate and being in the Warepa Road District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated in the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” copies of which map or plan are deposited at the Public School at Warepa, in the said District;—Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such roads, or portions of roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection that they may have to the stopping up of such roads or portions of roads, and to leave such statement, addressed to me, at my office, in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof; otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.
Description of the Roads and Portions of Roads in the Warepa District, which the Superintendent is empowered to Stop Up.
Warepa Road District.
1.—92 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 2, block XXX, to boundary line of Warepa District; boundaries, north, section 2, block XXX; south, section 12, block XXIX, Clutha Survey District.
2.—58 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 11, block XXXII, to District Road on section 7, block XXXIV, Clutha; boundaries, east, part of block XXXIII; west, part of block XXXIV, Clutha.
3.—136 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Trunk Road on section 7, block XXXVIII, to District Road on section 2, block XXIX; boundaries, east, block XXXVIII; west, block XXXIX, Clutha.
XXIX and part of XXX; west, block XXXVII and part of block XXXVIII, Clutha.
4.—8 chains in length, 60 links wide from District Road on section 2, block XXIX, Clutha Survey District, to District Road on section 12, block XXXVIII; boundaries, north, section 2, block XXIX; south, section 12, block XXXVIII, Clutha Survey District.
5.—17 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 38, block I, Warepa, to District Road on section 1, block XXXVII, Clutha Survey District; boundaries, north, part of section 1, block XXXVII, Clutha; south, part of section 38, block I, Warepa.
6.—26 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 1, block XXXVII, to District Road on section 2, block XXXVII, Clutha Survey District; boundaries, north, parts of sections 1 and 2, block XXXVII; south, parts of sections 37 and 38, block I, Warepa.
7.—28 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 9, block XXXIX, to block line dividing blocks XXXIX and XL; boundaries, east, sections 10 and 12, block XXXI; west, sections 9 and 11, block XXXIX, Clutha.
8.—7 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road on section 4, block XL, to District Road on section 3, block XLVI; boundaries, east, section 4, block XL; west, section 3, block XLVI, Clutha.
