to be Registration Officer under "The Representation Act, 1865," for the respective districts of Oamaru, Waikouaiti, Manuherikia, and Hampden, in the place of John Dewe, Esq.; and
HENRY WIRGMAN ROBINSON, Esq.,
to be Registration Officer under the same Act for the district of the Gold Field Towns, in the place of John Dewe, Esq.

At the Government House, at Wellington, on the eighteenth day of November, 1865.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
HIS EXCELLENCY the Governor, in pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities vested in him in this behalf, doth hereby, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, order that from and after the first day of December next, no Goods whatsoever shall be carried Coastwise from any port or place in or from any part of New Zealand to any port or place on or to any part of the East Coast of New Zealand situate between the South Head of Tauranga Harbour, in the Bay of Plenty, and Table Cape.

SUBSCRIPTIONS will be at the rate of £1 per annum, or 5s. per quarter, payable in advance to the Publisher. Single copies of the Gazette not to exceed 6d. Subscriptions can commence at any time, but must terminate not later than 31st December, 1865.
PRIVATE ADVERTISEMENTS will be charged at the rate of 6d. per line. Late Advertisements, 1s.
The Gazette (with Supplement) is published every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion must be received at the Publisher’s Office not later than 2 o’clock p.m. on the Tuesday preceding. Advertisements received after that hour will be charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
