NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of a
Rule of Court made in this matter, and bearing
date the second day of October, 1865, the above-named Insolvent has this day filed Schedules of his
liabilities and assets; and that Monday, the thirteenth
day of November next, at ten of the clock in the
forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, has
been appointed by the said Honourable Court for an
application to be heard for the said Insolvent’s dis-
charge.

one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE undersigned WALTER BELL, hereby give
notice, that the partnership existing between
myself and WILLIAM RAE, in the trade or business
of Timber Merchants, lately carried on by us in Dunedin,
in the Province of Otago, under the style or firm of
"Bell, Rae & Co.," and which partnership would have
expired by effluxion of time on the 30th day of Sep-
tember last, was dissolved as from the 2nd day of
June, 1865. I, the said Walter Bell, and the said
William Rae, having on that day executed a Deed of
that date, intended to take effect under the "Debtors
and Creditors Act, 1862," whereby we conveyed and
assigned all our real and personal Estate and Effects to
Robert Haworth, of Dunedin aforesaid, Iron Mer-
chant, and James Black, of the same place, Timber
Merchant, as Trustees for the benefit of all our
Creditors.

As witness my hand, this 24th day of October, 1865.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between us, as
Livery Stablekeepers at Oamaru, has been this
day dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. Arthur Dansey
will receive all moneys due to the late partnership, and
pay all debts.
