VACCINATION.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed the gentleman afternamed, to be a Medical Officer under the “Vaccination Act, 1863,” and that he will attend as aftermentioned for the performance of Vaccination; and will also attend on the eighth day after to inspect the result of the operation, as required by the said Act.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between J. and T. Brown, trading as Hotelkeepers and Storekeepers in Dunedin, has this day, the fifth of October, been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts now owing to or by the firm will be received or paid by John Marshall Brown, who will carry on the business as usual.

We, the undersigned, Charles Alexander Reynolds and Ernest Frederick Diehe, hereby give notice that we have this day entered into partnership in the trade or business of Hotelkeepers, at the “Herbert Hotel,” in the Township of Herbert, in the Province of Otago, under the style or firm of “Reynolds and Diehe.”

NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has accepted the Petition of the above-named insolvent, and has appointed Monday the 13th day of November next, at 10 of the o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, for hearing the said Petition.

In the matter of the Petition of GEORGE GARSIDE, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Contractor, a Debtor; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”

WHEREAS on the eighteenth day of August, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, upon reading the petition of the said George Garside, and the several affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. James Smith of Counsel for the said Insolvent, it was ordered that the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the Otago and Southland District should, for and on behalf of the said Insolvent, convey, assign, and make over all the real and personal estate and effects of the said George Garside unto Colman Burke, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, Brewer, subject to the usual trusts for the benefit of creditors, who should prove their debts in accordance with the Rules of this Court within six calendar months from the date of the said order, or within such further time as the Court should, from time to time in that behalf, appoint: And whereas the said Registrar, for and on behalf of the said Insolvent, executed a deed of conveyance and assignment of the estate and effects in conformity with the terms of the said recited order, upon production of the said deed, and upon consideration of the matter, it is hereby ordered that the said George Garside be discharged and released from his debts, liabilities, and engagements specified in his said Schedule.

Dated the second day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

In the matter of the Petition of HENRY NATHAN, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Merchant, a Debtor; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”

WHEREAS on the fourth day of July, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, upon reading the petition of the said Henry Nathan, and the several affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. William James Dempsey of Counsel for the said Henry Nathan, and Mr. Turton of Counsel for the Bank of New Zealand, a creditor, it was ordered that the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the Otago and Southland District, should, for and on behalf of the said Insolvent, convey, assign, and make over all the real and personal estate and effects of the said Henry Nathan unto William Oram Ball, of Stafford-street, Accountant, upon trust for the collection and conversion into money of the said estate and effects, and the payment of such money collected as aforesaid, being the proceeds of the said estate to the Registrar of this Court for the time being, to the credit of the said Insolvent Estate; there to abide the further order of this Court: And whereas the said Registrar, for and on behalf of the said Insolvent, executed a deed of conveyance and assignment of the estate and effects, in conformity with the terms of the said recited order, upon production of the said deed and upon consideration of the matter, it is hereby ordered that the said Henry Nathan be discharged and released from his debts, liabilities, and engagements specified in his said Schedule.
