NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
existing between us the undersigned William Henry
Mumford and George Donne, as Theatrical
Managers and Lessees of the Princess Theatre,
has terminated this day by mutual consent.

All accounts owing to, or due by, the said firm will
respectively be received and paid by the undersigned
W. H. Mumford.

day of October next, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for
the hearing of the said Petitions.
