Otago and Southland District,
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the said Court will be held at the Court House, Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, out of business, a Debtor; and in the matter of the Petition of John Turnbull Thomson, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, Chief Surveyor of the said Province, a Creditor of the said Charles Alexander Ross to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.

In the matter of the Petition of Charles Alexander Ross, late of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, Commission Agent, but now of Dunedin,
NOTICE is hereby given that his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond has appointed Monday, the 14th day of August next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the matters of the above-mentioned Petition.
