In the matter of the Petition of Henry Hooper, of the Old Club Hotel, Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Innkeeper, a Debtor; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

NOTICE is hereby given, that his Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has this day appointed Monday, the 14th day of August next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the above-named petition.

Otago and Southland District.

In the matter of the Petition of DAVID BRUNTON, late trading in co-partnership with Andrew Blair and William Cooper, Saw Millers at Waikava, in the Province of Otago, but now of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, out of business, a Debtor; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

UPON reading the Petition of the said DAVID BRUNTON, and the affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Barton, of counsel for the said Petitioner, and Mr. Turton, of counsel for John Duff, of Dunedin, Shoemaker: It is ordered, that within the space of seven days from the date of this order, or within such extended time as this Court shall hereafter order or direct for that purpose, the said Petitioner do convey, assign, and make over all his real and personal estate and effects unto John Duff, of Dunedin aforesaid: Upon trust for the collection and conversion into money of the said estate and effects, and the distribution of the net proceeds pro rata, and subject to existing legal priorities (if any) amongst such of the Creditors of the said Petitioner as shall duly prove their respective debts by affidavit filed in the office of the Registrar at Dunedin, within the space of three calendar months after the date of the registration of the said deed in this Court.

Dated the ninth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
