NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has this day appointed Monday the fourteenth day of August next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the matters of the abovementioned Petition.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership (if any) heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, ALEXANDER CAIRNS, Dunedin, and WILLIAM GEDDES of Melbourne, Contractors in the construction of Rattray-street Jetty, Dunedin, was, on the twenty-sixth day of September, 1864, dissolved and put an end to; and that the undersigned Alexander Cairns will receive and pay all debts due from or to the said jetty construction.
