The following Bill, passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, viz., “A Bill to dissolve the Town Board of Dunedin, and to provide for the appointment of Commissioners in lieu thereof,” has this day been assented to by His Honor the Superintendent, on behalf of the Governor.
