PROCLAMATION.
Meeting of the Provincial Council.
By his Honor John Hyde Harris, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
IN pursuance of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Twentieth Session of the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago shall be holden in the Provincial Council Hall, in Dunedin, in the said Province, and shall commence upon Wednesday, the twelfth day of April next at twelve o’clock at noon; and the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at such time and place accordingly.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Otago, at (L.S.) Dunedin, this twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint Constable Edward Andrew Amies, No. 447 to be Inspector of Slaughter Houses and Cattle intended for Slaughter in the Wakatipu District, acting at Arrow River, vice Constable Hunt, No. 291.

Richmond Hill Toll.
THE Lessee of the Hillside Toll Bar is authorised to collect Tolls, on and after the sixth day of March, 1865, at the Check Toll Bar at Richmond Hill.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Education Board, in virtue of the powers vested in them by the “Education Ordinance, 1864,” have been pleased to alter the limits of the Educational District of Port Chalmers; and that the following is a description of the boundaries of the Educational District of Port Chalmers as thus altered, viz:—
Port Chalmers Educational District is bounded on all sides by the line forming the boundary of the Town of Port Chalmers, including the Town Belt, as the same is defined in the record map of the Province.
