PROCLAMATION,
Reserving and withdrawing for purposes of Sale certain Waste Lands of the Crown situate in the Gold Fields in the Province of Otago.

Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS it is expedient that the lands herein-after described should be reserved and withdrawn for the purposes of sale; Now therefore I, John Hyde Harris, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers delegated to and vested in me in this behalf, Do hereby Proclaim and Declare that I do reserve and withdraw for the purposes of sale the Waste Lands of the Crown particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written, and situate respectively in the Gold Fields in the said Schedule mentioned, that is to say:--
SCHEDULE.
IN THE WAKATIPU GOLD-FIELD, All that area situate in the Wakatipu Gold field, containing by admeasurement three hundred and sixty-nine (369) acres one (1) rood and eighteen (18) poles, more or less, situate in the South Wakatipu District of the said Province of Otago, being Village Reserve; together with the whole of the block numbered I, with the exception of sections numbered respectively 27, 28, and 29 on the map of the said district; bounded towards the north by Crown lands, by the Lochy River, also by sections numbered respectively 27 and 28; towards the east by Crown lands, by Lake Wakatipu, also by section numbered 29; towards the south by Crown lands, and sections numbered respectively 27, 28, and 29; and towards the west by Crown lands and section numbered 27.
IN THE DUNSTAN GOLD-FIELD, All that area situate on the Dunstan Gold-field, containing by ad-measurement two thousand and fifty-five (2055) acres two (2) roods and thirty-seven (37) poles, more or less, situate in the Leaning Rock District of the Province of Otago, being the whole of block numbered II, with the exception of sections numbered respectively 8, 70, 82, 83, 84, 85 and 86, on the map of the said district; bounded towards the north by Crown lands; towards the east by Crown lands; towards the south by Crown lands; and towards the west by Crown lands. Also, All that area situate in the said Dunstan Gold-field, containing by ad-measurement thirty-six (36) acres and thirty-three (33) poles, more or less, situate in the Leaning Rock District aforesaid, being block numbered III. on the map of the said district, bounded towards the north by Crown lands, towards the east by Crown lands, towards the south by Crown lands, and towards the west by Crown lands.
IN THE TUAPEKA GOLD-FIELD, All that area situate on the Tuapeka Gold-field, containing by admeasurement one thousand three hundred and nineteen (1319) acres one (1) rood and twenty-six (26) poles, more or less, situate in the Tuapeka District, in the Province of Otago, being Sections numbered respectively—12, 7, 8, 13, 14, 17, 30, 35, 36, 41, 46, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 70, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 89, 91, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 143, 144, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 167, 168, 169, 173, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180, 186, 187, 189, together with all those portions of sections numbered respectively 182 and 183, south of the intersecting road line; also, that part of section numbered 178, to the north of the intersecting road line and Cricket Reserve, Block II, on the map of the said district, bounded towards the north by Crown lands, towards the east by Crown lands, to-
