NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, James Harper and William Hunter, in the business of Publicans, at Blackstone Hill, in the Province of Otago, under the style or firm of Harper and Hunter, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be continued by the said William Hunter, who will receive and pay all debts due to or by the firm.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, as General Merchants, at Waikouaiti, under the firm of A. McKenzie and Company, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the twenty-third instant. The business will in future be carried on by the undersigned Alexander McKenzie, in his own name and on his own account.

IMPOUNDED on the 28th day of January, 1865, by Thomas Morris, Mount Pleasant, for trespassing on his grounds, one bay Horse, branded gC on neck, off side, 7¾4 off side under saddle, 1 on near shoulder; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, Port Chalmers, on the 17th day of February, 1865.
