In the matter of Shadrach Edward Robert Jones, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Merchant, a Debtor,
to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."
Monday, the seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
UPON hearing Mr. Barton of Counsel for the said Petitioner, Shadrach Edward Robert Jones, and Mr. Turton of Counsel for the Bank of New Zealand, and upon reading the Petition and Schedules and affidavits filed in this matter, and the order dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, made in this matter, whereby it was ordered that the said Petitioner, Shadrach Edward Robert Jones, should convey, assign, and make over in the manner therein set forth all his real and personal estate and effects unto such Trustees as should be named by a majority of the creditors who should be present, either in person or by proxy, at a meeting of the creditors of the said Shadrach Edward Robert Jones, to be held on the first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, upon the trusts and in the manner set forth in the before-mentioned order; and upon reading the Deed of Assignment made and executed in pursuance of the said last-mentioned order,
It is hereby ordered that the said Shadrach Edward Robert Jones be, and he is hereby declared to be, absolutely released and discharged from all such debts, liabilities, and engagements, specified in the schedule of debts hereto annexed and marked A, as are also set forth in the schedules of debts annexed to the said petition hereinbefore mentioned.

In the matter of the Petition of Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Gregg Wise, of Upper Taieri, in the Province of Otago, Storekeepers, Debtors,
and in the matter of the Petition of George Murray, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, Merchant, a Creditor of the said Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Gregg Wise, to the extent of not less than fifty pounds; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.
Monday, the thirty-first day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
UPON hearing Mr. Barton of Counsel for the said Petitioners Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Gregg Wise, and upon hearing the Petition and Schedules and Affidavits filed in this matter, and the orders dated the twentieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, made in this matter, whereby it was ordered that the said Petitioners should convey, assign, and make over in manner therein set forth all their real and personal estate and effects unto William Henry Valpy, of Dunedin aforesaid, Settler, and George Murray, of Dunedin aforesaid, Merchant, upon trust for the collection and conversion into money of the said estate and effects, and the distribution of the net proceeds therein mentioned; and upon reading the Deed of Assignment,
it is hereby ordered that the said Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Gregg Wise are, and they are hereby declared to be, absolutely released and discharged from all such debts, liabilities, and engagements specified in the Schedule of Debts hereinunder written, and marked A, as are also set forth in the Schedule of Debts annexed to the said Petition hereinbefore mentioned.
