SECTION 61, Block V, Dunedin, having been withdrawn from sale, pending the settlement of a claim to part of the said section, and the said claim having been settled,—Notice is hereby given that the reservation of such section will be withdrawn on Wednesday, the 16th day of November, when the land comprised therein will be open for application.

WEST TAIERI HOTEL FOR SALE.
TENDERS will be received at the Superintendent’s Office until noon of Monday, 14th November current, from parties willing to purchase the West Taieri Hotel, presently occupied by Mr. Hooper, and known as Hooper’s Home, with out-buildings and ground. The ground has a depth of 226 links by a frontage of 100 links (more or less).
The house is a large building of two stories, the ground floor containing a commodious bar with store-room attached, large dining-room, and parlour. The upper apartments are entirely devoted to bed-rooms. The out-buildings comprise oven and bakehouse, kitchen, stabling, pigstyes, and other buildings.
A separate tender must be made for the garden produce.
The Government will not be bound to accept the highest or any tender. Further information may be received at my office.
