Dunedin, 4th November, 1864.

HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that the Provincial Government Offices

WILL BE CLOSED on TUESDAY next, the 8th instant, on the occasion of the Funeral of the late
John McGlashan, Esq., who died at Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of November current.

The Funeral will leave Balmacewan at 2 o’clock, and will pass the Octagon, Dunedin, at 3 o’clock, p.m.
