NOTICE is hereby given, that Andrew Blair and William Couper, of Waikava, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, Sawyers, carrying on business there under the style or firm of Blair, Couper and Co., but at present residing in Dunedin, in the Province aforesaid, have, by deed of assignment bearing date the twelfth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and made between the said Andrew Blair and William Couper, of the first part; Edward Bowes Cargill, of Dunedin aforesaid, Merchant, and Donald Henderson, of the same place, Ironmonger, of the second part; and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, and who are also respectively named in the first Schedule thereunder written, being severally Creditors in their own right, or in co-partnership, or being Agents or Attornies of Creditors of the said Andrew Blair and William Couper, of the third part, conveyed and assigned all and singular the estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of them, the said Andrew Blair and William Couper, and also of the said William Couper, or of or to which the said Andrew Blair and William Couper, or any other person or persons in trust for them orhim, is possessed or entitled or have or hath any right or interest whatsoever, unto the said Edward Bowes Cargill and Donald Henderson, in trust for all the Creditors of the said Andrew Blair and William Couper. And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed now lies for signature, by and on behalf of the Creditors of the said Andrew Blair and William Couper, at the offices of Messrs. Prendergast, Kenyon and Maddock, in Manse-street, Dunedin aforesaid, Solicitors.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the undersigned James Osgood and Charles James Hoyt, hitherto partners in and to the Empire Hotel, High Street, Dunedin, is dissolved from this date. All debts and liabilities whatsoever from the said firm, will be paid by the said Charles James Hoyt, who will carry on the business for the future.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Alexander Martin Sinclair, of Portobello, in the Province of Otago, and Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, has by Deed of Assignment, bearing date the fifth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and made between the said Alexander Martin Sinclair, of the first part; Colin Allan, of Dunedin aforesaid, Government Immigration Agent, and James Chrystal Mallach, of Port Chalmers, in the said Province, Storekeeper, of the second part; and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors in their own right, or in co-partnership, or being Agents or Attornies of creditors of the said Alexander Martin Sinclair of the third part, conveyed and assigned all and singular the freehold lands, hereditaments, goods, chattels, credits and other debts, choses in action, personal estate and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said Alexander Martin Sinclair; or of in or to which he, the said Alexander Martin Sinclair, or any person or persons in trust for him, was or were possessed or entitled unto the said Colin Allan and James Chrystal Mallach, in trust for all the Creditors of the said Alexander Martin Sinclair. And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed now lies for signature, by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Alexander Martin Sinclair, at the offices of Messrs. Prendergast, Kenyon, and Maddock, in Manse Street, Dunedin aforesaid, Solicitors.
