In the matter of the petition of JOHN CARTER, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Publican and Carter, a Debtor not in custody, and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862,” &c.
NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor the Judge has appointed Monday, the 19th day of September, 1864, at ten o’clock in the morning, at the Court House, Dunedin, for hearing the above Petition.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, as Saddlers, in Dunedin, under the style and firm of Falconer and Mitchell, has been this day dissolved and determined by mutual consent, as and from the sixteenth day of July instant.
Mr. F. W. Falconer is authorised to receive all debts due to, and will settle all accounts due by, the late firm. Dated this 29th day of July, 1864.

THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE

The Gazette is published every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion must be received at the Superintendent’s Office not later than 10 o’clock on the Tuesday preceding. Any irregularity in the receipt of the Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
