PROCLAMATION.
Appointment of Kerosene Warehouse.
By His Honor JAMES PATERSON, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Warehouse hereinafter mentioned has been approved of by me as a secure and fit place for the storing and keeping Kerosene and Paraffine Oils: Now, therefore, I, James Paterson, Esquire, Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago by virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf do hereby proclaim, declare, and appoint the building now standing and erected on section numbered 7, of block VII., of the Town District, Anderson’s Bay Road, and near the Dunedin Gas Works, to be a Public Kerosene Warehouse, for the purposes of the “Kerosene and Paraffine Oils Ordinance 1863,” and the “Kerosene and Paraffine Oils Ordinance 1863 Amendment Ordinance 1864.” And also, I do appoint
JAMES WILSON,
of Rattray-street, Dunedin,
to be Keeper of the said Public Kerosene Warehouse.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Otago, at Dunedin, this first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

RATES OF STORAGE IN THE KEROSENE WAREHOUSE,
ANDERSON’S BAY ROAD.
NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor the Deputy-Superintendent of the Province of Otago has fixed the rent and charges hereinafter mentioned to be the rent payable for the storage of, and the charges payable for the receiving and delivery of Kerosene and Paraffine Oils, deposited in the Public Kerosene Warehouse, Anderson’s Bay Road.
Rent ... Twopence per case per week.
Charges—
Receiving ... Twopence per case
Delivery ... Twopence per case
