AUCTIONEERS’ LICENSE.
IN accordance with Clause 8 of the Licensed Auctioneers’ Ordinance, 1862, a Special Meeting will be held in the Provincial Secretary’s Office, Dunedin, upon Thursday, the 11th day of August, 1864, at two o’clock p.m., to consider the application of Edward Nathan Marks. The following householders have signed the certificate required by the Ordinance:— H. and J. Hart, Stafford-street; W. Harris, High-street; James Brown, Princes-street; George Shand, Princes-street; A. R. Livingston, Princes-street; G. F. Bullen, Princes-street.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership which has been for some time past carried on by Peter Aitchison and Thomas Pringle, at Cardrona, in the business of Storekeepers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to the firm are to be received by the said Peter Aitchison, who will continue the business in his own name.
