NOTICE is hereby given that Joseph Foord Wilson and George Thomas Greig Wise did, on the eighteenth day of June, 1864, present and file their Petition for the sequestration of their estate for the benefit of all their Creditors, and for relief according to the provisions of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862,” and that the said Petition has been accepted by His Honor the Judge, who has appointed Monday, the eighth day of August, A.D. 1864, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the said Petition, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.

THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
Subscriptions will be at the rate of £1 per annum, or 5s. per quarter, payable in advance to the publisher. Single copies of the Gazette not to exceed 6d. Subscriptions can commence at any time, but must terminate not later than 31st December.
Private Advertisements will be charged by the Publisher at the rate of 6s. 6d. for every inch or fraction of an inch. One third having been added to the breadth of the Gazette column since the contract was accepted. One third has also been added to the price per inch for Advertisements. The total charge is stated at the foot of each Advertisement.
The Gazette is published every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion must be received at the Superintendent’s Office not later than 10 o’clock on the Tuesday preceding. Any irregularity in the receipt of the Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
