\na prisoner for debt in Her Majesty’s Gaol, at
\nDunedin. John Yorston, of George-street,
\nDunedin, storekeeper: and in the matter of
\nthe "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."
\nNOTICE is given that His Honor the Judge has
\nappointed Monday next, the 4th day of July, at
\nten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House,
\nDunedin, for the hearing of the said petition.

\nNOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned Edwin
\nPlummer and Thomas Ancell, as Wholesale Chemists
\nand Druggists, in Dunedin, under the style and firm of
\n"Thomas Ancell and Co.," has been dissolved and
\ndetermined by mutual consent, as and from the
\neighteenth day of June instant, the said Edwin
\nPlummer retiring from the said business, which will
\nin future be carried on by the said Thomas Ancell,
\nand on his own account. The said Thomas Ancell
\nwill settle and discharge all debts owing by the late
\nfirm.

\n## DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
\nDunedin, 20th June, 1864.
\nTHE Partnership hitherto existing between us, the
\nundersigned, carrying on business as Chemists
\nand Druggists, under the firm of Cotterill
\nand Dermer, was dissolved on the 13th inst. by mutual consent.
\nAll accounts due to us are requested to be paid at
\nonce to W. C. Day, valuator and collector, Princes-
\nstreet.

\ninch. One third having been added to the breadth of the
\nGazette column since the contract was accepted. One third
\nhas also been added to the price per inch for Advertisements.
\nThe total charge is stated at the foot of each Advertisement.
\nThe Gazette is published every Wednesday morning,
\nand Notices for Insertion must be received at the Super-
\nintendent’s Office not later than 10 o’clock on the Tuesday
\npreceding. Any irregularity in the receipt of the
\nGazettes which are given gratis by the Government should
\nbe reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
