In the matter of the Petition of ALEXANDER HILL TELFER, of Dunedin, piano-forte maker, a debtor, now in custody.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Alexander Hill Telfer has this day presented and filed his petition for the sequestration of his estate for the benefit of all his creditors, and for relief according to the provisions of the Debtors and Creditors’ Act, 1862, and that the said petition has been accepted by his Honor the Judge, who has appointed Monday, the fourth day of July, A.D. 1864, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the said petition, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1854,” the following names of Officiating Ministers, within the meaning of the said Act, are published for general information:—

Bennett, Registrar-General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby certify that the foregoing names of Officiating Ministers, within the meaning of “The Marriage Act, 1854,” have been sent in to me, in addition to the names in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 3, of the 26th January, No. 4, of the 11th February, No. 9, of the 12th March, and No. 10, of the 25th March, No. 11, of the 6th April, and No. 15, of the 27th of April, in the present year.
