TENDERS will be received at the office of the Secretary of Public Works until noon of Monday, the 27th June, for construction of Bridge and Approaches at Puka Tapu Creek, on the line of the Northern Trunk Road, between Palmerston Township, and the Waihemo or Shag River.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Road Engineer’s Office, Dunedin; and the Police Camp, Hawksbury, on and after Monday, the 20th inst.

The Government do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender.

OTAGO EDUCATION BOARD. — A Special Meeting of the Education Board will be held at the Government Offices, Dunedin, upon Monday, the 20th day of June, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon, for the despatch of business.

RENEWAL OF BUSH LICENSES. — A special Meeting will be held in the Provincial Secretary’s Office, Dunedin, on Friday, the 24th day of June current, at 2 o’clock, p.m. for considering applications for renewal of the said Licence. Applications for renewal to be lodged on or before the 17th June current.
