HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

By virtue of the powers in me vested by the "Deeds Registration Amendment Act, 1863," I do hereby order that in lieu of the fees heretofore payable in respect of the registration of Deeds throughout the Colony of New Zealand, there shall from and after the thirty-first day of May next ensuing be chargeable the following scale of Fees:

For the registration of any Instrument... £0 10 0
For the recording and comparing thereof, for every folio of 72 words... 0 0 6
For any section or part of section, allotment or part of an allotment, contained in any map or plan delineated on any instrument presented for Registration, exclusive of sections or allotments necessarily delineated to show the boundaries of the land dealt with by the Deed (charged as 2 folios)... 0 1 0
