TO WIT:
I HEREBY CERTIFY, that George Cowie, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination, his Diploma as Doctor of Medicine (Edinburgh University) as likewise his Diploma as Licentiate of Midwifery in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance, passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, of 1849, intituled "An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."
Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, this twenty-seventh day of April, 1864.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business under the style of Frederick Moss and Co., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to the firm are to be received by Mr. William Darling, who will also pay any sums due by the firm, and who will continue the business under the style or title as heretofore.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
To Mr. David Black Sorley, Dunedin.
I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE, that the Partnership hitherto existing between you and me in the trade or business of ironmongers, carried on at Dunedin, under the firm of Sorley and Samuel, will henceforth cease and determine, and I do hereby determine and dissolve the same.
As witness my hand this thirtieth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned George Dodson, William Brayshaw and William Boutcher carrying on business as shipping butchers, at Port Chalmers, in the Province of Otago, under the firm of "Dodson and Company" was dissolved by mutual consent as to the said William Brayshaw, on and from the 14th day of April instant.
