TO BUILDERS.—Tenders for the Erection of a Lunatic Asylum on the Great North Road, Province of Auckland.—Tenders will be received at this office, until Monday, the 25th day of April, 1864, for the Erection of a Lunatic Asylum on the Great North Road.
Plans may be seen and specifications obtained at the office of Mr. Wrigley, Architect, Shortland-street.

EXTENSION of Jetty or Wharf at Molyneux Township.—Galt and Begg, £590. (This work was advertised in Gazette, No. 295, as accepted for £825, but the proposed work was reduced so as to bring the cost to the sum above mentioned.)
Platform or Wharf at Rattray-street Jetty, Dunedin.—Alexander Cairns and Co., £5,333 16s 4d.

THE following Accepted Tender is republished from Gazettes of the 20th and 27th of April last, in correction of a typographical error:—
Police Paddock, Tokomairiro.—Harrowing, Cross-ploughing and Sowing, Harrowing and Rolling. Thomas Parker, £2 12s. 6d. per acre.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.—Whereas an Application for Crown Grants for
Section 15, Block XV, Dunedin (site of old English Church, near the Court house)
Section 24, Block IV., Upper Kaikorai District, (in occupation by Mr. McDonald and others)
Section 2, Block XIX., Clutha District,
has been made by Alexander Craig as nearest of kin to his brother, the late Robert Craig, and which Application has been referred to me by His Excellency the Governor in order that it may be heard and decided upon the provisions of the New Zealand Company’s Land Claimants Ordinance.
Notice is hereby given, that I have appointed Tuesday the 10th day of May, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of hearing the said Application, when persons claiming any interest in the above-mentioned sections are requested to attend and state their objections, if any, to the claim of the said Alexander Craig being granted.

OTEPOPO HUNDRED.
THE Wardens for the Otepopo Hundred have adopted the following Regulations, viz.,—
- No diseased cattle shall be depastured upon the Hundred, and any person or persons who shall turn out or depasture any diseased beast, shall forfeit and pay for every such offence, any sum not exceeding Five Pounds.
