NOTICE is hereby given, that applications for Sections in Block 1, Kaitangata District, will be received at the Land Office, on Friday, the 6th day of May next, and such applications will be decided on Friday, the 20th day of May next, at 12 o’clock noon.

PAPAKAIO BLOCK II. OAMARU HUNDRED,
Upwards of 4500 acres.

On Thursday, May 12th, 1864.

APPLICATIONS for sections in Block II, Papakaio will be received on Thursday the 12th day of May next, and decided on Thursday the 26th day of May next, at 12 o’clock noon.

WAREPA BLOCK I., AND NORTH HARBOR BLUESKIN BLOCK 7.

On 20th May, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that Section No. 4, Block I. Warepa and Sections Nos. 40 and 41 and 2 of 81, Block VII., North Harbor and Blueskin District will be open for application on Friday the 20th day of May next.

Maps of the above Blocks may be had of the various Government Agents for the Sale of Maps throughout the Province.

I hereby certify, that BENJAMIN HILL HUMPAGE, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his diploma as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in London, as likewise his diploma as a Licentiate of the Apothecaries Company in London, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance, passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM RICHMOND, Esquire, Judge of the Supreme Court of the Colony of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, did on the 19th day of April, instant, accept the Petition of the said William John Blake, and did appoint Monday the 9th day of May next, for the hearing of the said Petition, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.
