there, on Wednesday the 23rd day of March, at

For the Waihola Hundred—At the Court House,
Tokomairiro, on Thursday the 24th day of March,
at 12 o’clock noon.

For the South Tokomairiro Hundred—At the Court
House, Tokomairiro, on Thursday the 24th day
of March, after Waihola Meeting.

For the North Tokomairiro Hundred—At the Court
House, Tokomairiro, on Thursday the 24th day
of March, after South Tokomairiro meeting.

For the East Clutha Hundred—At the Schoolhouse
there, on Monday, the 4th day of April, at 12 o’clock noon.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, the Undersigned, hereby give notice that the
Partnership heretofore existing between us, is
this day dissolved by mutual consent.

FIVE POUNDS REWARD will be given for the
recovery of each of the horses aftermentioned.

DARK GREY MARE,
well bred, J B on near shoulder, J on off shoulder.
Has been running during last winter near Mr. Murison’s out-hut, on the Upper Taieri Plain. Was last
seen near the Kyeburn a month since.

DARK BAY HORSE,
five years old, black points, white mark under the left
nostril, brand J on near shoulder.
Has been running with the mob in the lower part of Shag Valley, where
he is thought to have been last seen a month since.

Parties finding the horses will please communicate
with Dr. Hector, Provincial Geologist.

Constable W. Doonan,

ONE BAY HORSE,
branded ~ near shoulder, white star on forehead,
white on back, supposed to belong to (owners
unknown), for trespassing on Caversham Road, for
which no damages are claimed, and in default of being
released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public
Pound at South Dunedin, on the thirtieth (Wednesday)
day of March, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.

ONE STRAWBERRY BULL,
supposed to belong to (owners unknown), for trespassing on William Barr’s Paddock, for which no damages
are claimed, and in default of being released, the above
cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at South
Dunedin Pound, on the thirtieth (Wednesday) day
of March, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.

(Wednesday) day of March, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.

RED HEIFER CALF,
about two months old, supposed to belong to (owner
unknown), for straying in Sawyers’ Bay; and in default
of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the
Public Pound at Port Chalmers, on the 14th day of
March, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.

NOTICE.

£100 REWARD.

WHEREAS by the breaking out of the disease
called Pleuro-pneumonia among the cattle in
the Province of Otago, it is necessary strictly
to enforce the prohibition of the introduction of cattle into the
Province of Canterbury from the said Province either
by land or sea; and whereas certain regulations to this
effect have been issued by His Honor the Superintendent: Notice is hereby given that a Reward of
£100 will be given to any person who shall give such
information as shall lead to the conviction of any person
who shall drive or remove, or cause to be driven or
removed, or assist in driving or removing any cattle
from the said infected district into the Province of
Canterbury.
