In terms of the 60th Clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, I hereby call meetings of the persons whose names appear in the above lists to elect from among themselves, by a majority of votes, three persons to act as Wardens in each of the several Hundreds of Waikouaiti, Hawksbury, Moeraki, Otepopo, and Oamaru, said meetings to take place as under:
For the Waikouaiti Hundred, at Carey’s Hotel, Blueskin, on Wednesday, 2nd day of March, at two o’clock.
For the Hawksbury Hundred, at the Court House, Hawksbury, on Thursday, 3rd day of March, at twelve o’clock.
For the Moeraki Hundred, at Mureott’s Hotel, Hampden, on Saturday, 5th day of March at twelve o’clock noon.
For the Otepopo Hundred, at Otepopo, on Monday, 7th day of March, at twelve o’clock noon.
For the Oamaru Hundred, at the Court House, Oamaru, on Tuesday, 8th day of March, at twelve o’clock noon.
