For trespassing on his paddock; the Bay Horse for trespassing upon Rattray street for which no damages claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 10th day of February, 1864, at twelve o'clock noon.
