This Writ was issued by James Howorth and Henry Howorth, of Princes-street, Dunedin, Solicitors for the above-named Plaintiffs.

A copy of this Writ was served on George M’Lean this 15th day of December, 1863, at 11 o’clock, by Henry Howorth, Princes-street, Dunedin, one of the Solicitors of the above-named Plaintiffs.


NOTICE.

WE, the undersigned, John Currie, John Gilston Dick, James Crawford, and William Dick, hereby give notice that the partnership lately subsisting between us, carrying on business at Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, as Contractors, under the firm of “Currie & Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

GENERAL ROAD BOARD.

In accordance with clause 39 of the “Roads Ordinance, 1858,” Notice is hereby given that the East Taieri District Board of Road Trustees have intimated their intention to propose at a future meeting of the General Road Board—

“That the Road Lines on the North-west side of section 2 of No. 33, block VII., Dunedin and East Taieri District, be closed.”

Also, that the Tokomairiro District Board of Road Trustees have also intimated their intention to propose—

“That the portion of Road Line between the Tokomairiro and Waihola Districts, which lies opposite section No. 35, block IV., be closed.”
