IMPOUNDED on the 20th day of December, 1863, by Thomas Thompson, Walker-street, Dunedin,
One light brown Mare, branded J T on off shoulder
One bay Gelding, branded U on near shoulder, R on off shoulder, black points,
Owner unknown, for trespassing on Thomas Thompson’s enclosed paddock, near Mr. McGlashan’s residence, Half-way Bush, for which Four Shillings is claimed as damages, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at North Dunedin, on the 12th day of January, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.

Owner unknown, for trespassing on Ratray-street, for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on the 13th day of January, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.
