NOTICE is hereby given that his Honor
Mr. Justice Richmond has appointed
Saturday, the 9th day of January next, at
the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at
the Court House, Dunedin, for hearing
the Petition of the above-named Insolvent;
and notice is hereby further given, that
interim sequestration of the estate and
effects of the said Insolvent was granted to
David Drake of Dunedin, Merchant, until
and during the said 9th day of January
next, and also interim protection granted
for the person and estate of the said Insol-
vent from arrest, execution, or other legal
process (except from arresting and holding
the said Insolvent to Bail under a Judge’s
or Registrar’s order), until and during the
said day of hearing.
