Regulation 73 is altered by omitting the words “entry in the Register,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Registered Instrument.”

Regulations 74 and 75 are respectively altered by omitting the words “original entry,” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Register.”

Regulation 77 is altered by omitting the words “whether he left his estate free from or subject to debts,” and the words “and in case he died leaving his estate subject to debts, then who are his creditors.”

Regulation 97 is altered by inserting after the words “annexed thereto,” the words “or without a reference to the Register of Proprietorship.”

Regulation 103 is added to by inserting at the end thereof the words “and the land affected thereby shall be accurately defined.”

Regulation 116 is altered by inserting at the beginning, before the word “Inhibitions,” the words “Charges, Notices of Lease, and,” and by omitting the words “across the same,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “across the respective Instruments,” and by omitting the words at the end “affected by the Inhibition and in the Indices.”

Regulation 118 is added to by inserting after the words “for every examination of Title to Land,” the words “in ordinary cases not exceeding 21s., in special cases not exceeding Five Guineas.”

Regulation 120 is altered by omitting the words “or charge.”
