NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, trading as Hotel Proprietors in Dunedin, has this day been Dissolved by mutual consent; the undersigned George Staples to receive and pay all debts due to or by the late firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business at Dunedin, as Restaurateurs and Hotel-keepers, under the style or firm of “Waters, Morton, and Robertson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the twenty-first day of October now instant.

CLUTHA FERRY.
TO BE LET for one year, from 1st January, 1864, the Clutha Ferry, on the Great South Road. For further particulars apply at my office. Tenders to be lodged at the said office by Tuesday, November 10th, 1863. The government will not be bound to accept the highest or any tender.

POSTAL.
MAILS BETWEEN MANUHERIKIA JUNCTION AND SWITZER’S DIGGINGS.
TENDERS will be received at this office on or before the 25th November next, from persons willing to carry mails weekly each way between the Post Office, Manuherikia Junction, and the camp on Switzer’s Diggings, from as early a date as possible, and to be terminable by six weeks’ notice, in writing, given by either the Government or the contractor. Tenders to be at per annum, and mode of conveyance to be stated. Days and hours of arrival and departure to be fixed by the Postmaster, and security will be required. The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest nor any of the tenders.
