IMPOUNDED on the 24th day of October, 1863, by Constable Cruikshanks, one Black Horse, with a white streak on its forehead, brand C on the near shoulder, owner unknown, for trespassing on Princes-street south. In default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the Public Pound, South Dunedin, on the eighteenth (18th) day of November, 1863, at twelve o’clock noon.
