HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to delegate, under the "Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," to the respective Superintendents of the Provinces of Hawke’s Bay, Canterbury, and Otago, the several powers vested in the Governor by the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 10th sections of the said Act, subject to be rescinded, as in the said Act provided, and subject to the Regulations contained in the order in Council dated 15th September, 1862.
