TENDERS will be received at this office, until noon of Tuesday the 14th day of July, for the supply of Timber, &c., for the year ending March 31st, 1864.
Schedules and forms of tender may be obtained on application to the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin.

TENDERS for the supply of the following articles for H. M. Gaol, Dunedin, to be sent in by 6th July next, for six months ending 31st December, 1863:-
- Awls—Blades per gross.
- Hafts—per dozen.
- Boot Laces—(leather) per gross.
- Bristles—per lb.
- Hemp—(best white) per lb.
- Knives—(Shoemakers’) each.
- Lasts—(men’s block) all sizes per pair.
- Lasts—(women’s block) all sizes, per pair.
- Leather—(Kip) average 7lbs. per side, per lb.
- Leather—(Kip) average 10lbs. per side, per lb.
- Leather—(Sole) London butts per lb.
- Long Sticks—per dozen.
- Measure Sticks—each.

- Rasps—(7, 8, 9, and 10), per dozen.
- Sprigs—(Heel) per cwt.

MEETING FOR THE ELECTION OF WARDENS.
List of persons to whom Depasturing Licenses have been issued within the Hundred of East Taieri, for the year 1863.

In terms of the 60th clause of the Waste Land Regulations, I hereby call a Meeting of the persons whose names appear in the above list, to elect from amongst themselves three persons to act as Wardens, said meeting to take place in the School-house, Moeraki Bush, on Monday, the 6th day of July, at 11 o’clock.

NOTICE.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, George Crichton and William Dalrymple, junior, carrying on business at Dunedin as General Carriers and Forwarding Agents, under the firm of Crichton, Dalrymple, & Co., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will in future be carried on by the said William Dalrymple, junior, alone, under the style of Dalrymple & Co., who will receive and pay all debts due to and by the said firm.
