HEREBY CERTIFY that PATRICK USHER PELLEY, of Queenstown, Wakatipu, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, has this day submitted for my examination, his Diploma as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, of 1849, intituled "An Ordinance to define the Qualifications and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."

Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Queenstown, this twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that Tuesday, the 30th June instant, will be observed as a Public Holiday, in commemoration of the Marriage of their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales.
