IMPOUNDED on the 18th day of June, 1863, by Mr. Barton, Brockville, one dark bay horse, white face and white hind off foot, branded F V near shoulder, owner unknown, for trespassing on a paddock, for which £3 damages is claimed; and in default of being released: the above horse will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on the 11th day of July, 1863, at 12 o'clock noon.\n

IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of June, 1863, by David Mills, Stafford-street, one chestnut horse, white star on forehead, no brand, owner unknown, for trespassing on a garden, and for which 10s. damages is claimed; and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on the 8th day of July, 1863, at 12 o'clock noon.
