HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to delegate, under the provisions of the Diseased Cattle Act, 1861, to the Superintendent of the Province of Otago, the several powers vested in the Governor by the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th sections of the said Act, subject to be exercised as in the said Act provided, and subject to the Regulations contained in the Order in Council dated 15th September, 1862.
