Pursuant to the rule of the Honourable Courts the creditors of the above-named deceased are required to send in particulars of their debts before Robert Cussman, Esq., Barriester of the said Courts, at his Offices, in Dunedin, on or before the 17th day of May instant, and also to prove their debts before Robert Cussman, Esq., at his Offices, in Dunedin, on the 24th day of May instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estates.

SUPREME COURT, OTAGO.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Court for the despatch of Civil Business, will be held at the Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the 1st day of June next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, when the attendance of all Jurors summoned for the said Court is required; and that any person having any just cause to show why the trial of any Civil Cases on 15th May will not now be required to attend.

MAILS TO PORT CHALMERS.
TENDERS will be received at this office, on or before the 1st June prox., for the undermentioned services:
No. 1. Conveyance of local mails between this office and the Post Office, Port Chalmers, by steamboat twice each way daily, from the 1st July to 31st December, 1868.
No. 2. The same service, overland.
Hours of arrival and despatch to be fixed by the Postmaster of the District, and subject to his approval.
Tenders to be endorsed with the number of the service, and to state whether by horse or by coach.
The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest, nor any of the tenders.

ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF DUNEDIN.
In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled “The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858,” and also of an Act of the aforesaid General Assembly, intituled “The Provincial Elections Act, 1865,” I, John Gillies, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, do hereby give notice that, in pursuance of a writ bearing date the 3rd day of April, 1868, directed to me, and issued by His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an election will be held for the return of two qualified persons to serve as members of the Provincial Council of the said Province of Otago; and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the 18th day of May, 1868, at twelve o’clock noon; and that the poll (if necessary) will be taken on Friday, the 5th day of June, 1868.

In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled “The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858,” and also of an Act of the aforesaid General Assembly intituled “The Provincial Elections Act, 1865,” I, John Gillies, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of North Harbour, in the Province of Otago, do hereby give notice that in pursuance of a writ bearing date the 3rd day of April, 1868, directed to me and issued by His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of the said Province of Otago; and that the nomination of candidates will take place at the Court House, Port Chalmers, on Saturday, the 16th day of May, 1868, at twelve o’clock noon, and that the poll (if necessary) will be taken on Tuesday, the 9th day of June, 1868.
