Of the Appointment of Waiholaity Poundkeeper.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of the powers vested in me by the "Impounding Ordinance, 1862," I have appointed

Robert Day Bust,
of Waikouaiti, Settler, to be Keeper of Waikouaiti Public Pound, being the stockyard of John Jones, Esquire, situate between his Dairy and Waikouaiti river, at Waikouaiti aforesaid.
