PUBLICANS' LICENSES.
SEVENTEENTH LIST.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS will be taken into consideration in the Provincial Secretary’s Office, upon the first Tuesday of March, 1863, at 2 o’clock p.m. Objections (if any) may be lodged at said Office, or stated when the cases are under consideration. Applicants must attend personally or by agent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, Jacob Basch, John Wandels, and Benjamin Fuerst, trading together under the style of Basch, Wandels, & Co., as Wholesale and Retail Tobacconists, in Dunedin, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

TENDERS will be received at the office of His Honor the Superintendent till noon of Tuesday, the 3rd day of March, 1863, for the erection of a Shed at the landing place at Oamaru.
Plans and specification may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Provincial Engineer, till Friday, 20th February current, and after that date at the Resident Magistrate’s Court-house, Oamaru, till Saturday, 28th February.
