Erratum.—In Gazette, No. 224, of
date 14th January, 1863, first page, for
balance on “30th Sept., 1862,” read,
balance on “31st December, 1862.”
For the South Tokomairiro Hundred,
at the Court House, Tokomairiro,
on Saturday, the 21st day of February,
at 2 o'clock

IMPOUNDED on the 16th day of
January, 1863, by Alexander Comer,
residing at Mr. Fulton’s, Caversham—
Four Heifers, branded W 2 on the rump,
supposed to belong to somebody re-
siding at Green Island, for trespassing
on Mr. Fulton’s paddock, Caversham,
for which 4s. of damages is claimed;
and in default of being released, the
above cattle will be sold at the South
Public Pound, Dunedin, on the 12th
day of February, 1863, at 12 o'clock
noon.
