HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the “Court of Appeal Act, 1862,” it is enacted that the Court shall hold its sittings at such times and places as shall be from time to time fixed by the Governor in Council, and proclaimed in the Government Gazette sixty days at least before the times so fixed respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand, doth hereby fix that a sittings of the Court of Appeal shall be held within the Supreme Court in the City of Christchurch and Province of Canterbury upon the tenth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon.

THE following Acts passed by the General Assembly of New Zealand, in the Session held in the twenty-fifth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled,—
“An Act to incorporate the proprietors of a certain Banking Company called the Bank of New Zealand, and for other purposes.”
“An Act to incorporate the proprietors of a certain Banking Company called the Bank of New South Wales, and for other purposes.”
having been laid before the Queen in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to leave the same to their operation.

PROVINCE OF OTAGO ACT ASSENTED TO.

THE following Ordinance passed by the Provincial Council of Otago, intituled “The Dunedin Municipal Loan Ordinance 1862,”
which Ordinance was reserved for the signification of the Governor’s pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1854,” the following names of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the meaning of the said Act, are published for general information:—

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, in New Zealand, do hereby certify that the foregoing NAMES OF OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the meaning of “The Marriage Act, 1854,” have been sent in to me, in addition to the names in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 6, of the 20th January, No. 8 of the 3rd of February, No. 12 of the 28th of February, No. 13 of the 7th of March, No. 15 of the 22nd of March, No. 23 of the 11th of June, No. 24 of the 21st of June, No. 28 of the 12th July, and No. 31 of the 20th of August, in the present year.
