WAIKOUAITI, BLOCK I.
NOTICE is Hereby Given that Block 1, Waikouaiti District, having been surveyed, all persons having claims for land under applications made previous to survey, are requested to call at this office one month from this date to have their claims adjusted; otherwise the powers under the 15th Clause of the Land Regulations will be exercised without further notice.

HAWKSBURY DISTRICT—BLOCK VII.
WILL be open for applications on Monday, the 3rd day of November next.
Block 7, Hawkesbury, is bounded on the north by the Pleasant River, on the south by Block III., Hawkesbury, on the west by unsurveyed land, and on the east by Block II. of the same District, and is distant about three-fourths of a mile from the Main North Road, before its junction with the road by Waikouaiti to the interior gold fields.
AKATORE DISTRICT—BLOCK VI.
Will be open for applications on Tuesday, the 4th day of November next.
Block 6, Akatore, is bounded on the west and south by the Tokomairiro River, on the north by Block I, in which there is a large reserved bush, and on the east by Block V. of the same District.
HILLEND DISTRICT—BLOCK I.
Will be open for applications on Thursday, the 6th day of November next.
Block I, Hillend, adjoins the Township Reserve, on the east bank of the Clutha, opposite the Ferry House, and is bounded on the east by Blocks IX., X. and XI., South Tuakitoto District, and is intersected by the Great South Road.
Forms of application may be obtained at the Land Office, Dunedin, and maps of the various Blocks may be had from Mr. Livingston, Bookseller, Stafford-street.

LAWRENCE, at the Camp, Tuapeka, on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, at 12 o'clock.
HAVELOCK, at the Camp, Waitahuna, on Friday, the 7th day of November, at 12 o'clock.
TENDERS will be received till 4 o'clock the 1st November proximo, at the office of His Honor the Superintendent, for the supply of the following articles for the use of the Harbor Department, Port Chalmers, viz.:
Rope ... at per cwt.
Black paint do
White do do
Paint oil at per gallon
Kerosene do do
Coal tar at per barrel
Stockholm do do.

OATS,
No eligible tender having been received as lately called for, Notice is hereby given that fresh Tenders will be received at the Superintendent's Office until Four o'clock of Friday, the 31st October current, for the supply of One Thousand Bushels (more or less) of Oats, at a price delivered in Dunedin, as required, during the period ending 28th February, 1863, bags included. Tender to be accompanied by sample.
The Government will not be bound to accept any tender, or accept for the whole period.
