THE following Acts passed by the Provincial Council of Otago, intituled—
“The Otago Harbour Trust Leasing Ordinance, 1862, Session XV., No. 69.”
“The Otago Public Buildings Loan Ordinance, 1862, Session XV., No. 70.”
“The Otago Harbour Loan Ordinance, 1862, Session XV., No. 72.”
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to leave the same to their operation.

THE following Schedule of proposed charges for the storage of Powder in the Magazine at the Port of Dunedin, is published for general information.

PROVINCE of OTAGO.
SCHEDULE of charges to be paid on packages of Gunpowder deposited in the Powder Magazine at Dunedin.
For each and every barrel or package containing 50lbs. of Gunpowder and upwards, for any period not exceeding four weeks... 1 0
Ditto, ditto, above four weeks, per week... 0 2
For each and every barrel or package containing less than 50lbs., for any period not exceeding four weeks... 0 6
Ditto, ditto, above four weeks, per week... 0 1
The expenses of conveying the keeper of the Magazine to and from Dunedin in all cases to be borne by the parties who store the Powder.
