HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that he has appointed MR. HENRY CAMPBELL of Port Chalmers (vice Robert Albion Watt) to grant Certificates under the Proclamation of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, dated 21st June, 1861, prohibiting the importation of Diseased Cattle into the Colony of New Zealand.
