PERSONS, not in the Public Service,
who have received letters from the
Colonial Secretary’s Office since the 3rd
of October, 1861, are requested to be good
enough to forward copies of them to this
Office to replace those lost in the wreck of
the “White Swan.”
Copies of enclosures are not required.
